Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Clinical Supervisor oversees the daily operations of clinical staff within the assigned clinic. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality services by working collaboratively with staff, department leaders, school administrators, and community partners. The Clinical Supervisor is also responsible for implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and service excellence.
- Provide direct supervision to clinical employees and independent contractors in both outpatient and school-based settings.
- Conduct annual and semi-annual performance reviews to support professional growth and job satisfaction.
- Assign clients to appropriately credentialed staff based on qualifications and service needs.
- Assess staff and contractor requirements to ensure effective service delivery.
- Utilize EMR reporting to monitor compliance and maintain service quality.
- Ensure daily on-site availability or arrange appropriate coverage.
- Collaborate with medical, clinical, and school-based staff to foster an interdisciplinary approach to care.
- Participate in daily staff meetings and clinical discussions.
- Assist in the hiring process by evaluating clinic needs, coordinating with leadership, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services provided.
- Lead regular clinic meetings and staffings.
- Attend monthly Clinical Supervisor meetings.
- Represent the organization within the community to promote awareness and engagement.
- Provide direct mental health services, including intake assessments, individual and family therapy, group sessions, and crisis interventions, as needed. The caseload is determined by clinic size and service demand.
- Leverage internal departments to enhance clinic operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
School-Based Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison with school sites, fostering strong relationships with school staff and administrators.
- Communicate with local, regional, and state educational representatives to assess service needs.
- Maintain strong working relationships with Network and non-Network schools receiving services.
- Market school-based services to potential new partner schools.
- Maintain open communication with school-based staff and participate in school meetings as required.
EDUCATION
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
• Licensed as a Mental Health Professional in the State of Arkansas.

• Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, professionals, and staff.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred:
• Proficiency in computer systems and electronic medical records.
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and organizational skills.
Experience:
• Minimum of two (2) years as a practicing Mental Health Provider.
