Lonoke High School has been recognized as an approved site for National Health Services Corps. (NHSC). NHSC site applications have been submitted by Families, Inc. for review and approval for Lonoke Elementary & Middle Schools, Carlisle High School, and Carlisle Elementary. If approved, this means two very important things. First, clients who are seeking services but do not have the ability to pay for services can apply for our Sliding Fee Scale to access services. Sliding Fee Scale Applications are available at each approved site. Discounted/Sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income pending application approval. No one will be denied access to services based on inability to pay. Second, professionals who are able to practice independently (APRN, LCSW, LPC and MD) can apply through the NHSC website to have their student loans repaid in exchange for working at these sites if approved.
