Carolyn Jones, PLMSW and Kimberly McCall, PLMSW are therapists who graduated from Arkansas State University where they received their Masters in Social Work.

Alex Renner, LAC is a therapist who graduated from Harding University where he received his Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. While attending graduate school, Alex served as a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider and graduate intern for Families, Inc.

Recently, we hosted our 2nd Annual "Setting You Up For Success" event where we celebrated each student's hard work and gave them an opportunity to ask questions from our panel about starting a career in mental health therapy. Each panel member also provided the soon-to-be graduates an important tip for them to use as they pursue their forever career. We discussed a variety of topics that included company culture, benefits, being ready, burnout, and much more.

Pamela Diaz, LMSW is a therapist who graduated from Arkansas State University where she received her Masters in Social Work. Annie Reynolds, LMSW is a therapist who graduated from Louisiana State University where she received her Masters in Social Work. Both Pamela and Annie served as interns for Families, Inc.
Naomi Holloway began her career with Families, Inc. in January 2019 serving as Administrative Assistant in the Jonesboro clinic before transferring to the Paragould clinic. In February, 2023 she was promoted to Support Services Coordinator.
Ginger Tillman began her career as an LPN with Families, Inc. in 2011 serving as Clinical Assistant in the Walnut Ridge and Pocahontas clinics. In July 2017 she was promoted to Support Services Coordinator and and in 2023 to Business Office Manager.
As Business Office Manager she supervises the billing department, prior authorizations, and staff credentialing.
Ginger and her husband Chris have 5 grown children and 4 grandchildren. She enjoys family time, traveling, outdoor activities and working on their family farm.

Amber Gonzales, LPC, was named Director of Quality Assurance in December 2022. She had served as the Jonesboro Outpatient Clinical Supervisor since October 2021 and as the Quality Assurance Officer of Families, Inc. from 2014-2021. She received both her Specialist in Education and her Bachelor of Social Work from Arkansas State University.
