Sherri Harp joined Families, Inc. in August, 2022 as Director of Human Resources. Sherri is a Human Resources professional with 20+ year’s experience in mental health, manufacturing, retail and non-profit organizations.
Sherri graduated from Arkansas State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a Business Education Certification. She brings over 14 years of mental health experience.

Peter Romano, LAC is a therapist who graduated from Harding University where he received his Educational Specialist in Counseling. Kari Johnson is a therapist who graduated from the Winona State University of Rochester where she received her Masters in Social Work.

On Tuesday night (4/19), we hosted a Meet and Greet with soon-to-be new graduates from the Arkansas State University's Counseling Program. Our topic was "Setting You Up For Success." We celebrated each student's hard work and gave them an opportunity to ask questions from our panel. Each panel member also provided each graduate an important tip for them to use as they pursue their forever career. We discussed a variety of topics that included company culture, benefits, being ready, burnout, and much more.
Angel Carter, LMSW is a therapist who graduated from Walden University where she received her Masters in Social Work. While attending graduate school, Angel served as a qualified behavioral health provider and an intern for Families, Inc.

Families, Inc. is thrilled to welcome Licensed Professional Counselor, Angel Wallis, to our quality assurance team as Quality Assurance Coordinator. She brings more than 15 years experience in that field while working for community mental health.
Angel received her Master of Rehabilitation Counseling and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology (graduating Cum Laude) from Arkansas State University.
