Greg Starnes promoted to Information Technology Manager

Greg Starnes

Greg Starnes has served as Information Technology Coordinator since May, 2007. Greg graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems Data/Telecommunications from Arkansas State University. Prior to joining Families, Inc. he worked as Network Administrator/HIPAA Security with community mental health.

Greg played a vital role in the implementation of our Electronic Medical Records program and the installation and maintenance of our LAN/WAN network system.

In January 2025 he was promoted to IT Manager. In addition to overseeing and coordinating the company's I.T. systems and personnel, he is adding the responsibility of configuration and ongoing maintenance of the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.  

Outside of his work at Families, Greg is the Assistant Fire Chief of the Ravenden Fire Department. Greg has worked many years with this volunteer department and was named the Assistant Chief in 2021.
