Ron Young, LCSW has rejoined our team and will be providing therapy services at our Jonesboro clinic. A graduate of Arkansas State University with a Master's in Social Work, Ron brings valuable expertise and experience, and we're thrilled to have him back with us!
Greg Starnes has served as Information Technology Coordinator since May, 2007. Greg graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems Data/Telecommunications from Arkansas State University. Prior to joining Families, Inc. he worked as Network Administrator/HIPAA Security with community mental health.
Greg played a vital role in the implementation of our Electronic Medical Records program and the installation and maintenance of our LAN/WAN network system.

Alexis Pettus, PLMSW graduated from Arkansas State University where she earned her Masters in Social Work.

Debby Willis is a Licensed Professional Counselor who joined Families, Inc. as an outpatient and school-based therapist in August 2024 and was named Quality Assurance Manager in November 2024.

Charleston Girley joined Families, Inc. in June 2024 as Director of Finance. Prior to joining Families, Charleston was Staff Accountant, then Senior Accountant, for Nitrogen Solutions for seven years. Additionally, he is a business owner of Girley Estates and Black Pine Investments. Conditionally, he’s also a licensed general contractor.
Families, Inc. is happy to announce that Jenni George-McKnight, APRN, came on board in April as a Psychiatric Mental Health Advanced Nurse Practitioner serving our Jonesboro outpatient clinic. She is board certified in Psychiatric Mental Health by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and board certified in Women’s Healthcare Nurse Practitioner by the National Certification Corporation.
