Families, Inc. Counseling Services is pleased to welcome Ilo Webster, LCSW, who joined the organization in January 2026 as the Jonesboro Outpatient and Brookland School-Based Clinical Supervisor.

In this role, Ilo provides clinical supervision for therapists and Qualified Behavioral Health Professionals (QBHPs) serving both outpatient and school-based programs. Her work supports high-quality, compliant, and client-centered care. Based in the Jonesboro Clinic, Ilo collaborates closely with school districts and community partners throughout the region to strengthen services and outcomes for the individuals and families we serve.

Prior to joining Families, Inc., Ilo held several leadership positions, including Clinical Director and Regional Director. She also maintained a clinical caseload, providing individual and family therapy as well as crisis intervention services.

Ilo began her career as a mental health therapist, delivering evidence-based services to children, adolescents, and families in both outpatient and school-based settings. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her collaborative leadership style, commitment to staff development, and dedication to expanding access to quality mental health services.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Arkansas State University, graduating Cum Laude, and her Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Ilo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Ilo is passionate about supporting clinicians, strengthening school-based partnerships, and advancing Families, Inc.’s mission of helping individuals and families live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

She resides in Jonesboro with her husband, Aaron, and their four children. Outside of work, Ilo enjoys supporting her children’s activities, reading, gardening, and long walks. She is also a proud Arkansas State University Red Wolves fan.

We are excited to have Ilo as part of the Families, Inc. leadership team and look forward to the impact of her experience and dedication.
