Dr. Rosario has a wealth of experience in both the outpatient and inpatient settings and joins us after being in private practice in Virginia for a number of years. 

She completed her Doctor of Medicine at Nordestana University in the Domician Republic, an Adult Psychiatry Residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Maryland in Baltimore.

Dr. Steve Austin served as a Psychiatrist for Families, Inc. from October, 2007- July, 2010. He rejoined Families, Inc. in June, 2011.

After completing his Bachelor's at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN, he completed Medical School and Residency in Psychiatry at the University of Tennessee, also in Memphis. He has extensive experience in the inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. In addition, Dr. Austin served in the Army and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant E-5.

Dr. Watson recently moved back to Jonesboro from New York City where she worked for four years in geriatric and health/rehabilitative psychology. Prior to her move to New York, she was the Director of the Community Based Rehabilitation Program at Counseling Services of Eastern Arkansas for five years, and worked in correctional and forensic psychology in Petersburg, VA while with the Federal Bureau of Prisons. She has taught graduate and undergraduate courses at East Arkansas Community College, Southwest Missouri State University and Springfield College.

Dr. Joel Price passed away at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, AR on Saturday, March 26, 2011. Dr. Price served our Mountain Home and Ash Flat clinics as staff psychiatrist for the past two years. Our prayers are with his family. He will certainly be missed.

Paragould Clinic is Kendell Camp, LCSW, former Mental Health Professional in the Jonesboro and Paragould clinics.

Searcy Clinic is Kim Tullos, LMSW, former Mental Health Professional in the Jacksonville Clinic.

In 2005, Families, Inc. job structure was changed to include the position of COO (Chief Operations Officer). I requested Mark Thurman to fill that position with the goal of someday turning over full operational control to him. That day has arrived!

All of our corporate operations for our ten clinics throughout Northeast and North Central Arkansas are housed at our beautiful new facility, as well as our largest outpatient clinic.
