Families, Inc. Announces Promotion of Debby Willis, LPC, to Director of Quality Assurance
Families, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Debby Willis, LPC, to Director of Quality Assurance.
Debby has been serving and leading the Quality Assurance Team for over a year, and her strong leadership, expertise, and dedication have merited this well-deserved promotion. She joined Families, Inc. in August 2024 as an outpatient and school-based therapist and was soon promoted to Quality Assurance Manager.
Debby brings extensive behavioral health leadership experience to this role, having previously served in key positions at St. Bernards Behavioral Health, Dayspring Behavioral Health, Ascent Children’s Health Services, and within Acadia Healthcare.
A two-time graduate of Arkansas State University, Debby holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Rehabilitation Counseling. She is also a Certified Co-Occurring Disorders Professional at the Diplomat level.
As Director of Quality Assurance, Debby will continue to lead the Quality Assurance Team in supporting the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and efficient care for the individuals and families we serve.
Outside of work, Debby enjoys reading, baking, volunteering with various organizations, and partnering with her husband, Bobby, in causes that improve the lives of others.
