Charleston Girley joined Families, Inc. in June 2024 as Director of Finance. Prior to joining Families, Charleston was Staff Accountant, then Senior Accountant, for Nitrogen Solutions for seven years. Additionally, he is a business owner of Girley Estates and Black Pine Investments. Conditionally, he’s also a licensed general contractor.
Charleston received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Business Administration from Arkansas State University. While at A-State he was a three-year starter for the Arkansas Red Wolves Football Team from 2011-2015. During that time the Red Wolves won four Conference Championships and two Bowl Championships. Wolves Up!
Mentoring youth and volunteering in the Jonesboro community is a passion of Charleston’s. He serves on the Jonesboro Community Engagement Professionals Advisory Board, the Jonesboro Citizens Advisory Committee, and the Impact Fee Research Committee. As a “Men of Mack” Volunteer through Word Baptist Church he meets with young men (7-9 grades) helping them to set attainable goals and dreams. Finally, he’s an avid volunteer with Jonesboro Business Association (JBA) with their “See Me, Be Me” program as well as their “Youth Entrepreneurship” program.
