Holly Bailey is a Licensed Professional Counselor that joined Families, Inc. in September 2020 as the Jacksonville-Pulaski County Clinical Supervisor. She has since added Lonoke County staff to her supervisor role. She received her Bachelors in Social Work from Arkansas State University and her Masters of Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Prior to joining Families Inc., Holly served in several leadership capacities in community mental health for Counseling Associates in Morrilton, Arkansas. She has also worked as a school-based therapist for Life Strategies in Paragould, Arkansas, in addition to working for CDI Head Start serving as the Disability and Mental Health Manager.
Holly has achieved the Supervision credential which means she has been granted the authority and responsibility by the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling to provide oversight of Associate Counselors.
Holly resides in Central Arkansas with her husband where she enjoys spending time with her family and watching soccer.
