We are currently looking for a skilled and purposeful Director of Human Resources to become a part of our Administrative team. The Director of Human Resources will work closely with the Director of Business Operations who previously held that role. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the strategic direction of the human resource department and the supervision of the HR Coordinator position. This position works closely with the Director of Business Operations to promote a culture of continuous improvement and staff engagement throughout the company.
