Naomi Holloway Named Support Services Coordinator for All Families, Inc. Clinic Locations

Families, Inc. is proud to announce the promotion of Naomi Holloway to Support Services Coordinator for all outpatient clinic locations, including psychological testing services.

Naomi joined Families, Inc. in January 2019 as an Administrative Assistant at the Jonesboro clinic before transferring to the Paragould location. In February 2023, she was promoted to Support Services Coordinator. Most recently, in April 2025, she assumed responsibility for coordinating support services across all eight Families, Inc. outpatient clinics.

In her expanded role, Naomi is responsible for hiring, training, and maintaining a high-performing support staff team that includes Administrative Assistants, Clinical Assistants, Telemedicine Technicians, Receptionists, and Floaters. She plans, schedules, and allocates resources to ensure effective clinic coverage while factoring in staff skills, clinic size, medical provider schedules, telemedicine needs, and absences.

Naomi holds an Associate Degree in Legal Administration from Black River Technical College and is a certified Notary Public for the state of Arkansas.

We are excited to see Naomi continue to lead with dedication and excellence in this new role and are grateful for her continued contributions to the success of our clinics and the care we provide to our communities.
