We are proud to announce the promotion of Katelyn Howard to QBHP Training Coordinator at Families, Inc.
Katelyn has been an integral part of our team as a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider, bringing compassion, professionalism, and a client-centered approach to every interaction. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arkansas State University and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Social Work.
With several years of experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities—including autism spectrum disorder—Katelyn has served in roles such as ABA Therapist, caregiver, and educational guide. These experiences have equipped her with a deep understanding of behavioral, emotional, and social growth, and have shaped her dedication to supporting individuals and families.
In her new role, Katelyn will lead the training and mentorship of new QBHPs across the agency, while continuing to provide direct clinical services out of our Walnut Ridge clinic. Her leadership, strong communication skills, and unwavering commitment to service make her a valuable addition to our leadership team.
We also extend our sincere appreciation to Tonya Huckabee, who previously served in this role. Tonya has been a valued member of both the QA Team and the Jonesboro School-Based program. We wish her the very best as she moves forward in her career.
Congratulations Katelyn on this well-earned achievement!
