Meet Our Staff

Holly Bailey, LPC S
Jacksonville

Holly Bailey is a Licensed Professional Counselor who joined Families, Inc. in September 2020. She is the Clinical Supervisor for the Jacksonville-Pulaski/Lonoke clinics. She received her bachelor’s degree in social work from Arkansas State University and her Master of Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. 

Holly has achieved the Supervision credential which means she has been granted the authority and responsibility by the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling to provide oversight of Associate Counselors.     

 Prior to joining Families Inc., Holly served in several leadership capacities in community mental health for Counseling Associates in Morrilton, Arkansas. She has also worked as a school-based therapist for Life Strategies in Paragould, Arkansas, in addition to working for CDI Head Start serving as the Disability and Mental Health Manager.  She has also led numerous round-table discussions on topics such as trauma, self-care, diversity, and inclusivity. 

Holly resides in Central Arkansas where she enjoys volunteering for the Miss Arkansas Scholarship Organization, spending time with her family, and exploring new destinations throughout her travels across the U.S.
