We are proud to announce the promotion of Haley Thomas, LPC-S to Vice President of Operations!
Since joining Families, Inc. in August 2021 as the Jonesboro-Outpatient Clinical Supervisor, Haley’s dedication and leadership have been instrumental in shaping our clinical services. Just a few months later, she was promoted to Director of Clinical Operations, and now, in her new role as VP of Operations, she will oversee Clinical Supervisors, clinical operations, support staff operations, and billing, ensuring we continue to provide high-quality, patient-centered mental health care.
Haley holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Rehabilitation Counseling from Texas Tech University. Before joining Families, Inc., she served as a school-based therapist and clinical leader at Mid South Health Systems, specializing in trauma-focused care for children and adolescents.
Beyond her professional contributions, Haley is an active member of the Jonesboro community, where she lives with her husband, Keith, and their two sons, Townes and Whitman. She is involved with the Junior Auxiliary of Jonesboro and enjoys traveling, reading, fly fishing, and kayaking in her free time.
As Vice President of Operations, Haley will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our clinical services, psychological testing, billing, and support teams. Her expertise and vision will help Families, Inc. continue to grow and innovate in delivering exceptional mental health care.
