We’re thrilled to welcome Creston Sweet to the Families, Inc. team as our new Public Relations Coordinator. A native of Brookland, Arkansas, Creston joined us in April and brings a wealth of experience in healthcare marketing and a deep passion for community engagement.
Creston’s professional journey began at 1st Choice Home Care in Trumann, where he started as a Marketing Liaison and quickly advanced to Corporate Marketing Director. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Crowley’s Ridge College, where he was also a standout student-athlete. During his time at Crowley’s Ridge, Creston earned the 2024 Continental Athletic Conference Champion of Character Award and was recognized three times as CAC Academic All-Conference.
In his new role, Creston will focus on strengthening relationships with local referral sources, particularly physicians, and increasing brand awareness across the communities we serve. He will oversee marketing efforts, including digital content, community outreach, event participation, and sponsorships, while working closely with our clinical supervisors to build and maintain strong business partnerships.
Outside of work, Creston and his wife, Emily, are active members of Central Baptist Church. They enjoy spending time with family, golfing, and exploring the outdoors.
