Debby Willis is a Licensed Professional Counselor who joined Families, Inc. as an outpatient and school-based therapist in August 2024 and was named Quality Assurance Manager in November 2024.
Debby brings to this position a wealth of behavioral health experience. She began her mental health career at St. Bernards Behavioral Health as Director of Clinical Services, Quality and Risk. She served as Clinic Director for Dayspring Behavioral Health and Ascent Children’s Health Services. She was later named Chief Executive Officer with Ascent and then Crestwyn Behavioral Health Acute Inpatient Psychiatrist Hospital, both with Acadia Healthcare.
It was at Arkansas State University that Debby received both her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Rehabilitation Counseling. Additionally, she is a Certified Co-Occuring Disorders Professional at the Diplomat level.
As Quality Assurance Manager Debby and her team support the company to ensure the completeness, adequacy, and appropriateness of care, quality of care, and efficiency of utilization of provider resources, and ensures compliance with appropriate laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
She enjoys reading, baking, volunteering for various organizations, and along with her husband Bobby, enjoys being involved in causes that help to improve the lives of the individuals and families we serve.
