Memo from Joy Davis, dated 11/18:
In 2005, Families, Inc. job structure was changed to include the position of COO (Chief Operations Officer). I requested Mark Thurman to fill that position with the goal of someday turning over full operational control to him. That day has arrived!
Mark has learned, in depth, what Families, Inc. is all about. He has actually been doing the work of a CEO for several years, and now I'm stepping aside and giving him the job title that goes along with all the hard work. I will continue my same involvement with Families, Inc. as President/Owner.
I have every confidence that Mark will continue leading Families, Inc. in the direction I began in 2000. Congratulations Mark! May God's blessings continue for our company and all our staff throughout the coming years.
