Naomi Holloway joined Families, Inc. in January 2019 as an Administrative Assistant at the Jonesboro clinic before transferring to the Paragould location. In February 2023, she was promoted to Support Services Coordinator. In April 2025, Naomi was transitioned into Support Services Coordinator for all of our outpatient clinics, including testing services. On June 1, 2026, Naomi was promoted to the position of Human Resources Coordinator/Administrative Trainer.
As HR Coordinator, Naomi is responsible for payroll, job postings, new hire orientation scheduling and preparation, recruiting and applicant flow. She also trains all new Administrative Assistants and Clinical Assistants across all 8 counties and troubleshoots any issues new and current AA's and CA's may have. She is instrumental in ensuring a smooth front office experience for clients and employees alike.
Naomi graduated with an Associate degree in Legal Administration at Black River Technical College and is a Notary Public for the state of Arkansas.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, crafting, camping, reading and lake days.
