Haley Thomas is a Licensed Professional Counselor- Supervisor and the Vice President of Operations at Families, Inc., a position she has held since March 2025. Haley originally joined the organization in August 2021 as the Jonesboro-Outpatient Clinical Supervisor and was promoted to Director of Clinical Operations in October 2021. In her current role, she oversees Clinical Supervisors, clinical operations, support staff, and billing.
Haley earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas and her Master of Rehabilitation Counseling from Texas Tech University. Before joining Families, Inc., she held leadership roles and worked as a school-based therapist at Mid-South Health Systems in Paragould and Jonesboro, AR, where she focused extensively on trauma work with children and adolescents.
Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband, Keith, and their two sons. She is actively involved in her community, currently serving as the Past President of Junior Auxiliary of Jonesboro, where she volunteers with children in Craighead County. In her free time, Haley enjoys traveling, reading, and outdoor activities such as fly fishing, hiking, and kayaking.
