Paula Norvell, RN, began her career with Families, Inc. in March, 2003. Starting as a professional Case Manager, she transferred to the Day Treatment program as a Therapist. She then assumed the role of Outpatient Clinical Supervisor in October, 2005.
In addition to her hospital medical nursing experience, Paula worked for Baptist Memorial Hospital Behavioral Health in Osceola in both the adult and adolescent units. She has served as a CNA instructor at Arkansas Northeastern College (ANC).
After receiving her Associates degree from ANC, she went on graduate as a Registered Nurse, also from ANC.
Paula and her husband, Howard, have three daughters, Lacie, Kinsey, and Addyson, and two grandchildren.
