Families, Inc....Offers Youth Mental Health First Aid!

Families, Inc. is piloting the first Youth Mental Health First Aid program in NEA. Our agency will train over 200 school faculty and personnel and over 100 members of the public to improve mental health literacy – helping them identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness.

Families Inc and the American Cancer Society are teaming up. This year, we have raised over $2000 in helping to create more birthdays, with many more opportunities to raise more money. Bob Puckett has served as Director of Human Resources since May, 2006. Prior to joining Families, Inc. Bob worked in human resources primarily in the manufacturing industry. In addition, he was a Case Manager for a community mental health center.

With a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Arkansas State University, Bob went on to achieve his Master of Human Resources from the University of South Carolina.

Bob and his wife Laura Needham-Puckett, have two daughters and are members of Central Baptist Church.
